On the first Thursday of every month, we gracefully present a guest preacher at our weekly 30-minute Healing Service of Holy Communion in Calvary Church.

Our weekly Healing Service is a place where we can bring our cares and concerns to God.

The Rev’d H. Dagnall Free

The Rev’d H. Dagnall Free is the rector of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church on Staten Island. Father Free is also the Dean of the Staten Island Clericus.

The Reverend Elsa Marty

- MAY 2 -

The Reverend Elsa Marty is a pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.  She is currently completing her Ph.d. in missiology from the University of Chicago and is the pastor of St. Lydia’s Dinner Church in Brooklyn. 

The Reverend Matthew John Moretz

- MARCH 7 -

The Reverend Matthew John Moretz is the associate rector at St. Thomas Church, Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.  The Rev. Moretz has served churches throughout the diocese including St. Bartholomew’s and Christ Church, Rye.

The Reverend Steven Lee

- APRIL 4 -

The Reverend Steven Lee is Vicar of The Congregation of Saint Savior, which meets in the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine.  The Rev. Lee is also the pastor of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.   

The Reverend Ryan Fleenor

- JUNE 6 -

The Reverend Ryan Fleenor is currently the vicar of St. James, Madison Avenue in Manhattan.  He oversees a number of areas at St. James including Spiritual Formation and young adults.
