The Parish of Calvary St. George’s is pleased to offer in-person services at our St. George’s location. We look forward to welcoming you into our spaces!
To attend this service you’ll need to register ahead of time using the form at the bottom of this page. Limited walk in seating is available before each service (please arrive 30 minutes prior to service time), but we can’t guarantee entry without a reservation. Your reservation will be held until the service begins, and then released to accommodate walk-ins.
The large size of St. George’s sanctuary will allow us to adhere to New York’s best practices for for social distancing. In order to do that, we’re requiring that all attendants reserve their place at service ahead of time. Because seating is limited we ask that you only make a reservation if you are certain you are able to attend, and cancel that reservation if your plans change.
To make your reservation you must read and agree to the following guidance.
Each service will begin promptly at its scheduled time. Please attempt to arrive at St. George's thirty minutes prior to the service starting time. After the service begins, your reservation will be released and given to standby walk-ins. If you're plans change and you're unable to attend, please email us ASAP at info@calstg.org.
You will be asked to identify yourself by your own name at the church door so that we can match you to this registration. We regret we cannot transfer registrations nor accommodate substitutions.
By completing this registration and by presenting yourself at the church, you will represent, at that time, that you do not believe yourself to be ill with a communicable disease.
You will need to wear a face mask or other suitable covering of your mouth and nose for the entire time you are inside St. George’s Church, except when consuming Holy Communion. We will provide you with a mask at the church door if you do not bring your own with you.
We will ask you to sanitize your hands using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer we provide, prior to entering St. George’s church.
When you arrive, you’ll be instructed to select your own pew. Available pews will be clearly marked, and distanced from one another in accordance with New York’s best practices for social distancing. Except in an emergency, we ask that you remain in that pew until an usher guides your exit from St. George’s church at the conclusion of the service.
We will retain this registration information and your attendance in a confidential file. This information will be used only if mandates from applicable governmental entities require it, and for no other purpose.
In all of the preceding, the words “you” and “your” refer to the person completing this registration, and all members of his/her party. The word “we” refers to Calvary-St. George’s Church.
