TIME: March 14th-16th (Thursday - Saturday) | Weeknight talks start at 7pm; Saturday talk at 10am.
LOCATION: St. George’s Chapel | 4 Rutherford Place (at E. 16st St.), New York, NY
In such a divided and pluralistic society as we have today, what word does the Christian Gospel speak? Dr. Harding believes that the work and legacy of Lesslie Newbigin holds the key. Newbigin was a British missiologist, missionary, who worked extensively in India. He demonstrated that the church could not only survive, but thrive is such a pluralistic and religious landscape.
Through an examination of Newbigin’s work and legacy, we’ll discover how the truth of the gospel has a unique place in our 21st Century western landscape.
